MOON, Kathy Age 56 of Vandalia, passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 7 after a long and hard fought battle with MS. Kathy, a retired nurse is survived by her husband, Oscar, her son, Brian, her daughter, Stephanie, sister, Dinah Crawford, brothers, Russell and Keith Pegg, her mother, Denise Pegg and numerous other family members and friends. Kathy was preceded in death by her father, David Pegg. Friends and family are invited to say "goodbye" on Wednesday, April 10 from 6-8 pm at Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home, 139 S. Dixie Dr., Vandalia. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the MS Society in Kathy's memory.
